JOB TITLE: Housekeeping Assistant
REPORTING TO: Head Housekeeper
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To clean and prepare all assigned areas to core standards and assist the guests with any requirements during their stay.

JOB SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: · To clean and prepare guest bedrooms and public areas in line with core standards · To ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked. · To adhere to all security procedures relating to keys, bedrooms and guest property. · To report any maintenance or health and safety issues to supervisor. · To report any guest comments or complaints to supervisor · To be aware of departmental costs, eliminating wastage and recycling where appropriate. · To assist with training of new staff members. · To adhere to all health and safety requirements. · To undertake deep cleaning tasks such as mattress turning, net curtain washing etc as required. · To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £10.92-£11.00 per hour
