Nevis Range is a popular mountain resort located near Fort William in the Scottish Highlands. The resort offers a range of outdoor activities, including skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking. It is also home to the UK's only mountain gondola, which offers stunning views of Ben Nevis and the surrounding mountains.
Recently, the Cobbs Group, a familuy run hotel and restaurant operator, has opened a new 24-bedroomed hotel with Nevis Range. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation with modern amenities, including a restaurant and bar. It is located at the base of the gondola, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our 24 guest rooms and public areas are clean and presentable at all times. You'll have the opportunity to work in a brand new project and be a part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing top-notch hospitality services.
Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring that all surfaces are disinfected
Ensure that public areas, including the lobby, and corridors, are clean and presentable at all times
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the management.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and order supplies from the suppliers.
Candidate requirements:
Ability to clean to a high standard.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
