We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Housekeeping Supervisor who has an exceptional eye for detail and delivers flawless service to join our team.
The Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, provide excellent guest experience and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
Your key duties will include:
- Allocate work duties to Team Members.
- Perform routine inspections of rooms, service areas, store rooms and corridors.
- Report and log any maintenance defects found in the rooms and assigned areas.
- Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
- Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures.
What we need from you
As well as having previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional level of guest service, a charismatic personality with good communication and organisational skills. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. A good command of the English language is essential.
