Permanent Housekeeper/Nanny based in Jersey – Start ASAP
A busy family are on the lookout for a friendly nanny/housekeeper to help out in their 6 bedroom home in Jersey.
This role will have a 50/50 split between housekeeping and nannying. The candidate will be required to carry out traditional housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, tidying, laundry, ironing, deep cleaning, mopping and family style cooking. The female principal likes to be hands on with her children so the candidate will be required to be a helping hand wherever is required.
The family have 8 children the youngest being 1 and the eldest being their early 20s. Three of the older children don’t live at home and are studying abroad so they only visit from time to time. However, the other 5 do live in the residence. The hours are flexible in the week (between 30-40 hours) but do require a Saturday morning/day most weeks.
The family are laid back so are looking for a candidate who can be an extension to their family set up and lifestyle. The role requires experience with children, a confident driver, family cooking experience and a good team player.
