We are currently looking for full time Housekeeping Attendant to join our professional and friendly team at Urban Chic!
Who we are?
Urban Chic is a provider of luxury serviced apartment that offers a bespoke home away from home experience. Each apartment is furnished and decorated to the highest standard with tasteful furniture. All in the most central of location in London, such as Bayswater, Notting Hill, Covent Garden, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Mayfair and Soho.
The Role
As a Housekeeping attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining all apartments to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You will perform a number of housekeeping tasks including, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen; vacuuming carpets; replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies, vacuuming carpets; cleaning windows; completing any other reasonable tasks as requested by the property manager and reception department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to complete day-to-day cleaning tasks in all apartments and public areas to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained.
- Replenish guest room and bathroom supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Vacuum carpets, clean all surfaces, and ensure that all equipment, furniture, and furnishings are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, showers/bathtubs, and sinks, and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Report any maintenance issues or cleaning supply needs to the management and follow up to ensure that they are addressed promptly.
- Complete all periodic cleaning tasks as scheduled.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Properly handling and storing cleaning equipment and supplies.

Schedule:
We take work-life balance seriously!
40 hours per week - 5 days a week
Between Monday and Sunday – Subject to rota
11:00 to 19:00 - 30 minutes break paid
