We are a premium country inn with rooms located in the historic village of Llangynwyd, Maesteg. We are passionate about delivering the best experience for our guests, whether dining in our restaurant, attending a wedding, or staying the night in our newly refurbished guest accommodation. We are now recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our fast growing business. We have an excellent family feel team, and now have job vacancies in our housekeeping department.
Our housekeepers are responsible for ensuring our eight guest bedrooms are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and safety, in line with our brand standards. Our housekeepers are passionate, physically fit, take pride in their work and have meticulous attention to detail.
Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
Working hours:
- Approx. 16-20 hours over 3/4 days.
- Guaranteed day shifts, between 9:30am-2:30pm.
- Must be available to work weekends/ bank holidays.
- Guaranteed Christmas Day off.
Duties include, but are not restricted to:
- Servicing bedrooms following guest check outs; changing bed linen, emptying bins, dusting, hoovering, mopping, cleaning shower rooms.
- Replenishing towels, toiletries, & refreshments.
- Assisting the general manager with stock control of linen & cleaning products.
- Reporting maintenance issues to general manager.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
