Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy, sanitised, and inviting for our guests.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs required in the guest rooms or public areas.
- Adhere to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene to maintain the hotel's impeccable reputation.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle guests' requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow established safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
