Location: Port Moody, BC
Overview
The primary function of the Office Cleaner is to maintain the cleanliness of SynergyAspen's Port Moody office building. This position will clean the building once a week (preferably weekends), and will be independent, responsible, and trustworthy. This role is perfect for someone looking to earn some extra cash and some experience. We are looking to work with an INDIVIDUAL, and not a business. SynergyAspen will be providing the cleaning supplies and tools needed for the role. This position reports to the Manager of Internal Projects/Admin Lead.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance area cleaned (glass doors, floor, walls, etc.)
- Empty waste baskets and replace with new plastic liner
- Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, walls, light switches, partition glass and mirrors
- Clean accessible windowsills
- Vacuum carpet floors
- Mop and sweep tile and laminate floors
- Dust, clean and sanitize surface areas (desks, monitors, keyboards) as per SynergyAspen’s Health and Safety policy
- Clean and sanitize kitchenette (sink, counter, refrigerator, appliance exteriors, dishes, microwave interior, compost emptied, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize washrooms (sinks, counter, toilets, toilet seats, faucets, mirrors, dispensers, handles, waste baskets emptied and replaced with plastic liner, floors swept and mopped)
- Dust and sanitize high contact surface areas (doorknobs, printer/fax, etc.)
- Perform high level dusting (above eye level) once a month
