Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic persons to carry out changeover cleans at holiday apartments in Newquay, Perranporth and Porthowan on Fridays and/or Saturdays. There may well be other work available on other properties on weekdays if you wish.
We expect a 5 star cleaning standard, good time keeping and reliability.
Our housekeepers will be required to use their own initiative and work well alone.
Our property changeovers are mostly on Fridays and Saturdays between 10am - 4.30pm, but other days are available for short stays and out of main season.
We will also pay mileage in certain circumstances.
This will be a self employed roll
We expect a high level of cleaning, and therefore pay excellent rates of pay for changeover cleans averaging above £18.00 per hour.
Housekeepers are paid per property, for example a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom property would be £42 this should take you on average between 1 to 2 hours to carry out the changeover, depending on how clean the property was left by the departing guests. £42 is the minimum we pay for our small properties, £150.00 is the maximum we pay for our larger properties.
Car drivers are essential.
Experience working in a similar job role would be preferred, but training will be given to the right candidate.
