We are currently looking to add a meticulous Post Construction Cleaner to our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring newly constructed or renovated buildings are thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks such as debris removal, surface dusting, window cleaning, and sanitization to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas within newly constructed or renovated buildings.
- Properly dispose of debris and waste materials.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Perform carpet vacuuming and floor sweeping to maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure all areas are properly sanitized and free from any potential hazards.
Requirements:
- Preferred previous experience in post-construction cleaning.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic.
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on project needs.
