Job description
As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining expectional standards of cleaning and servicing, of bedrooms, and public areas in accordance with our procedures
- Reporting any maintenance requirements in the fixtures and fittings
- Comply with COSHH and H&S training
- Working effectively with colleagues, and individually, to complete required cleaning standards
- Being knowledgeable about facilities and services within the hotel
- Maintaining the security of bedrooms and stock at all times
- Dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Previous experience in similar role desirable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous Hospitality experience
- Ability to work to a set standard
