Area Cleaning Supervisor (Mobile)
Location – North West coverage

We are growing and looking for an Area Cleaning Supervisor.
We are looking for a professional and mobile Cleaning Supervisor who has extensive managerial experience in the facilities soft services, ideally in the cleaning arena and across multiple sites. It is desirable that you have a Diploma in cleaning services supervision (level 3), or level 3 certificate in cleaning supervisory skills or equivalent qualification/experience. To perform this role you will need drive and determination to develop a successful and growing portfolio whilst delivering exceptional customer service. It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication skills both oral and written along and can motivate and influence with ease. Finally, you will deliver all keys aspects of the role in accordance with the vision and values of our company.
You will be working on sites delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and customers in areas of facilities management. Reporting to the Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring teams across multiple sites ensuring that cleaning contracts are delivered in accordance with customer requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring, managing service activities, along with ensuring quality standards are regularly reviewed, and existing service provisions are meeting standards required in line with budgetary requirements.
You will be involved in numerous tasks including, but not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to the users of the facilities- Providing operational day to day leadership of teams across multi sites
- Responsibility for staff development / performance reviews / recruitment / succession planning
- Experience of TUPE transfers
- Reviewing costs to ensure budgets remain aligned and on target and increase profitability
- Improving customer perception by devising systems to market and communicate any new legislation or change of practice to the client
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers ensuring continuity of service deliverables
- Responsibility for ensuring that the teams are adhering to cleaning best practices at all times
- Responsibility for financial and budgetary management to designated projects, which includes maintenance of stock levels.
- Ability to build relationships with Stakeholders and Clients
- Supporting the development and growth of the cleaning services offer and portfolio
- Supporting monthly auditing of cleaning standards with the Client
- Attending client meetings as and when required.
