About us
Burlen is a family run business near Salisbury city centre. We are the sole manufacturer of SU, AMAL and Zenith carburetters and fuel pumps. We also manufacture spares for Austin J40 Pedal Cars and sell restored J40 Pedal Cars. We use state of the art technology to develop our products, making us a market leader in what we do.
Key Responsibilties
- Cleaning toilet facilities
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
- Cleaning of canteens and kitchen areas
- Dusting, damp wiping, washing or polishing various furniture
- Sweeping floors and outside area
- Replenishing consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, papertowels
- Undertake internal/external window cleaning
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop entrance
Other Duties
- To advise of any insafe working practices or faulty equipment
- To abide to company terms and conditions of employment
- Ensure that the cleaning check sheets are completed daily as required
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure daily clearing tasks are completed to a satisfactory standard
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
