Housekeeper 15 hours per week.
We require a part time Housekeeper to help us maintain a safe, tidy and efficient environment on our Ward.
As a Housekeeper on ward A400, you will work in a supportive role, assisting the clinical nursing team to ensure the department runs smoothly. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and have strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills are important as you will be liaising with teams throughout the hospital whilst working closely with the nursing team.
You will be responsible for the ordering and organisation of stores, as well as an array of non-clinical tasks with additional duties as directed by the nursing staff. You will work closely with the nursing team in a supportive role.
Experience in Housekeeping is desirable but not essential. You must have strong organisation, IT and time management skills and be able to be innovative with a zest for new challenges as the department grows and develops new services.
Good communication skills are also essential as the role involves liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary teams within hospital.
