Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparation and service of food for a group of 50 students
Health & Safety
Kitchen cleanliness
Allergen awareness and processes
COSHH management
Staffing Rotas
Menu building and development
Stock Ordering
Stock Taking
Stock management
Keeping in line with spend budgets
Staff training & development

More about the role:

You will prepare evening meals for a group of students Monday to Thursday and then a brunch and evening meal on a Sunday.

Monday - Thursday 11:30am til 7pm

Sunday 10am til 7pm

Who you are:

Our ideal House Cook will have experience in a similar role, enjoy using fresh produce and the ability to work alone with support of a Catering Assistant during food service times. Self motivated, passionate about creating excellent food.
