Job description
Due to continued growth in our equine management department, we have a fantastic opportunity for well organised team player to join our yard team. Following a £3 million investment in our equine facilities, we provide an excellent working environment for hardworking individuals with a passion for high standards and outstanding horse welfare. Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by carrying out duties which will include routine horse husbandry, exercising & schooling, demonstrations for student’s groups and supervising students on work experience. The successful candidate will join a strong and supportive team and be based at our Houghall Campus in Durham City. This role will include a Saturday and holiday cover.
The role will require you to work flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards. In addition to industry relevant qualifications at level 3 or above, the successful candidate will be IT literate with Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
