As our next Receptionist, you…
Are available to work from Monday to Sunday on early or late shift. 0 hour contract, between 30-39 hours expected per week. Hourly rate £11.12.
Are the ‘face of Ibis/Adagio Sutton Point’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Are a passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 20 talents. Our hotel offers 99 Ibis rooms and 59 Adagio apartment, and a bar-restaurant.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
