We are currently looking for a Hotel Team Member to be part of our wonderful team at ibis Cambridge Central Station, in our Chill #2 Café & Bar. Your missions will be: Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved in the breakfast, the coffee shop and the bar Ensures the working areas are clean Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible omplying with Food Safety regulations Take food and drinks order and provides support to the breakfast Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill #2 Cafe and Bar Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel Passionate for the success of the hotel Attention to detail and quality Willing to embrace changes Work Experience Who are we looking for?
