St Moritz is currently recruiting for a full-time Receptionist/Reservationist: we are looking for a confident, organised and friendly people person to join our team on the beautiful north coast with potential staff accommodation available for those looking to relocate. You must have desire to ensure customer service and experience is of the highest standard to ensure the St Moritz experience is not only met with expectation but exceeded.
The full time position will be available at 40 hours per week. We are open all year round, with a competitive salary with reservations performance bonuses available and gratuities paid quarterly upon completion of probation on top of a competitive salary.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Represent the St Moritz brand through correct professional appearance, behaviour and attitude
- Excellent communication with customers, the Reception team & all other departments
- Give guests a warm welcome whether face to face, over the phone or by email
- Take and complete reservations: proactively upselling the offerings of St Moritz to maximise revenue - bonus payments on offer for targets met.
- Identify sales opportunities to maximise revenue
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Check guests in and out: understand room bills & charges
- Address complaints in a courteous & compassionate manner, ensuring these are passed on and dealt with by Management where necessary
- Complete daily banking & handling of money
- Broad knowledge of all hotel attributes and the local area
- Follow & complete daily shift duties and procedures
