Oddfellows Chester is a Georgian delight comprising of 18 bedrooms and 5 fully-serviced apartments, only a few footsteps from the infamous River Dee.

Oddfellows Chester is now recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our reception team, who will play a key role in the Front of House experience.

We require a real warm and approachable personality to join our team, who proves to have a real talent when engaging with guests and handling a challenge with confidence. Here at Oddfellows, no two days are the same and we really work together to make our customer’s happy!

Reporting to the Reception Manager, you’ll be responsible for greeting and welcoming our guests whether that be for Rooms, Restaurant or Events within the hotel, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. The role is five days over seven covering both early and late shifts on a rota basis.

Advantageous:

· Knowledge of Guestline / Rezlynx

· Knowledge of Resdiary

· Previous experience working in a Hotel Reception role

Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
