MAIN DUTIES:

  • Be the face of our brand and greeting guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Check-in new arrivals - checking out guests politely
  • Aid and assist guests during their stay through effective use of social skills
  • Cover the switchboard at all times
  • Be fully aware of all functions and facilities within the hotel
  • Make each stay unique by delivering the highest level of guest service
  • All incoming inquiries are answered promptly and efficiently
  • Prevent, minimize and understand guest complaints
  • Upsell rooms in a manner that maximizes the guest experience and the hotel revenue.
  • To perform all cashiering functions under the direction of the Front Office Shift Leader, FOHM and the established Park Grand guidelines and policies.
