Job description

We are looking for a fun and vibrant Receptionist to join our small team at The Christopher Hotel in Eton which has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment.

We are a small property with 33 bedrooms we are aiming to reach the top of the market in Windsor and need a very driven and motivated staff member to help us achieve our goals.

Only applicants with experience who want a full time position and are willing to work weekends please. The shifts are a mixture of early (7am to 15:00) and lates (15:00 to 23:00) so applicants must be comfortable working and commuting for these shifts.

We are looking for someone who has:

· An understanding of Reception & Reservations

· A competent level of computer literacy

· Flexibility in hours and shifts

· Worked in a 3 star standard hotel or higher

· Able to check in & out, assist guests with bills

· The ability to confidently upsell to guests prior to arrival and during check in

· Be able to help guests with billing

· Ensure all guest details are correct prior to arrival

· To work at our sister hotel in Windsor when required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00 per year
