Job Title: Reception Team Member
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, worked as per the rota and will include evening, weekends and bank holidays.
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: £22,500 pa
The Company: Storrs Hall is beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Windermere. The hotel has 28 bedrooms in the main house, and within the grounds 6 additional luxury suites and a unique boathouse, each with their own private hot tub.

The Successful Candidate:
Will have previous administration or reception experience ideally in a Hotel environment and an enthusiastic knowledge of tourism in the Lake District. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to talk to anyone! They will have a high standard of presentation personally and attention to the presentation of their surroundings to ensure that guests have the best experience at all times. This is a customer facing role and is often the first and the last impression guests make of our Hotel. It can be fast moving at times, especially at check-in/check-out times where the need to prioritise guest requirements is imperative and will therefore require a well organised approach to work.
