Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Part time (16-24hrs) Receptionist to join our friendly professional team.
This position is for a Mixture of the following shifts :
Early - 8am - 4pm
Mid shifts - 4pm - 10pm mid week and 1pm -9pm Weekends
Late - 3pm - 11pm
(Hours may vary )
The role will include but is not limited too :
Being the first point of call for guests
Checking guests In & out,
Filing and Admin
Handling Telephone and email enquiries
The Sale and upgrades of the Apartments
Money Handling
The Ideal candidate will :
Have excellent spoken & written English
Have professional telephone manner
Have good interpersonal skills
Be guest and service orientated
This position is for Shift work with flexibility between the Hours of 7am -11pm must be available over Monday-Sunday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 36 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
