Job description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, taking reservations, and managing check-ins and check-outs. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess a good knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel services, facilities, and amenities.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
- Provide general administrative support.
