Job description
As a part of our front office team you will take care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. You will contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay, helping exceed the department's quality targets. You will be a part of the success in meeting a variety of financial targets, supported by the promotion of the hotel and offers available to our guests.
This job includes working on weekends and bank holidays mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sometimes overnight.
Work Experience
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- ·Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- ·Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
