If you want to be part of our 4-star deluxe property at the amazing location of Knightsbridge, don't miss the exciting opportunity we currently have at The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing front office team.
As Receptionist your key responsibilities will include:
- To ensure that all guests are welcomed to the hotel and that they are registered according to the law and to the hotel’s requirements and standards.
- To deal with any guest queries or problems during their stay and ensure that they are being looked after.
- To assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests.
- To be able to deal with all reservation queries, adhering to correct selling procedures and rates.
- Preparing all bills and accounts for guests departing ensuring that all ledger bills are set up correctly and attached to relevant correspondence and that credit card receipts are signed.
- To ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly filing of registration cards and correspondence is completed.
As Receptionist essential skills are:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist for 4-5* hotel is preferable
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
- Management skills and team worker
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work flexibly including weekends and evening shifts
- Knowledge of Opera is desirable
- Solutions orientated

The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge is a 4-star deluxe, contemporary hotel, situated on the impressive location of Knightsbridge, the heart of one of the capital’s most upmarket shopping districts. The hotel boasts 222 well-appointed guest rooms, ranging from Standard and Superior rooms to Club rooms and Luxury suites.
The hotel is home to the Tangerine Bar, a lively lounge bar and the perfect spot for lunch, dinner or drinks on the charming outdoor terrace.
