Key Responsibilities:
· Managing reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude.
· Checking and performing a full audit of your own shift before closing it, to make sure all the transactions balanced.
· Following a shift checklist and performing all outlined tasks.
· Adhering to all strict company policies.
. Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
· Welcoming guests when you check them in and leaving a great impression when you check them out.
· Informing guests about hotel facilities, rules and information about local attractions.
. Full training will be provided
Values that we are looking for:
(Not Mandatory/All Training Provided)
· Knowledge of any PMS system namely Guestline Rezlynx PMS
· Knowledge of Online Travel Agents (Booking.com/Expedia) and Extranets
· Good command of the English language, written and verbal.
· Previous experience of working in hospitality an advantage.
· Can think outside the box, to respond well to unforeseen circumstances.
