Our busy Hampton by Hilton hotel in Park Royal is looking for Guest Service Assistant to help support our team in delivering a fantastic experience for each and every guest. This casual, zero-hoursrole is mainly focussed on our Reception operations but could also involve working in the bar and restaurant. This is a casual position to assist our hotel during busy periods with a salary of £10.50 per hour.
You need to be:
- confident in meeting new people
- great at delivering fantastic customer service
- a good communicator
- a team player
- flexible with shift availability
Experience is welcomed but not necessary, as we can teach you the processes. Our main priority is to find someone who is a great addition to the team, committed and has the bubbly personality that will make our guests feel welcomed.
Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal is located a 2 minute walk from Park Royal Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) and an 8 minute walk from Hanger Lane (Central Line), just off the A40. It is popular with business people and tourists alike and has modern guestrooms, a conference room, fitness suite and restaurant.
