We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Make reservations and manage room assignments
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
