The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced and passionate Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
As a Hotel Receptionist, your main role will be:
- Delivering excellent customer service to our valued guests
- Manage all requests we get from guests in a helpful & professional manner
- Contribute fairly to the teams workload on each shift to ensure seamless service for each guest
The ideal candidate for the Receptionist position will have:
- Previous hotel reception experience in a hotel environment using Opera PMS
- Excellent problem solving & multi-tasking skills
- Confidence, professionalism and an engaging personality
- Exceptional attention to detail & a passion for the industry

The Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor is ideally situated, close to historical Windsor, Legoland and the prestigious Slough Trading Estate. The hotel offers 219 comfortable guest rooms, 24-hour concierge service, impeccable customer service and modern amenities, as well as an indoor swimming pool and sauna.
