Job description

Our hotel is looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk, handling reservations, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from guests.
  • Provide information about the hotel and its services.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain records of guest transactions and payments.
  • Ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for guests.
  • Keep track of room availability and rates.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
