Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel is a boutique hotel just opposite Northfields Ealing Tube Station. This Stylish accommodation is only 20min by underground from central London and all attractions.
We are currently looking for a talented, smart, efficient, organised, friendly staff member to join our new team.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and that the guests expectations are met at all times as per Brand Standards
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
- Extensive Health & Safety checks including all internal and external doors and windows are locked, keeping intruders out, noting any strange activities, and regular patrols of the hotel.
- Training of new and existing team members.
- Have a good knowledge of local area
- Ensuring hotel security, safety of guests including provision of first aid and taking control in an emergency situation
- To ensure that daily task sheets are completed by the team on shift
- Management of reception and participate in reservations and booking queries
- Any other duties that may be requested by the management
- Ability to work on your own

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
