Our Receptionists are responsible for ensuring that all hotel guests are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone and in writing, so that fine attention to detail makes every guest stay perfect.
Ensuring that our guests are given an excellent first impression, our Receptionists are key in providing nothing less than an exceptional welcome, setting the tone for their luxurious stay with us.
About you:
We are ideally looking for a Receptionist Supervisior who:
Has great interpersonal skills. The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
Has previous experience working as a receptionist in a Hotel.
Has great communication skills. The ability to provide coherent and accurate information to colleagues and also talking to customers in a polite and professional manner
Has the ability to work under pressure, maintaining standards and consistency.
Has a passion for the hospitality industry.
Has a keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
Hours are between 32-40 hours
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
