Titans RE is a Boutique Hotel Real Estate Agency based in Zurich. We are operating as Brokers and Consultants mainly in Europe and focus on Hotels and other commercial real estate.

Join a promising Young Agency and Rock the Hotel Real Estate Industry! We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst.

Tasks

• Analyzing the profiles and needs of investors and trying to find suitable properties for them from our portfolio (if none, helping to source them from our partners). Can also be repositionings.
• Discussing your ideas with the investors (calls) and trying to understand if this match would hypothetically work.
• Making research, preparing a high-level analysis and presenting it in an internal committee.
• Introducing the deals to the investor together with the Broker, you would act as the subject matter expert
• In case of transactions, guiding the parties through the transaction process (experience with this would be appreciated)
• Valuations and Cost Estimations

Requirements

• Sound experience in commercial real estate, ideally related to hospitality
• BA or MA in Real Estate-related fields, or min. 5 years relevant practical experience
• Communicative personality with can-do attitude
• Reliable personality able to work autonomously on remote-mode
• Professional English is required, German would be a plus
