Hours: Full time
This Role: I am seeking a hands on and energetic Operations manager to work closely with a cluster GM, to drive the continued performance of this wonderful Oxfordshire hotel and Spa. We ideally are looking for a friendly, warm and fun individual who can really lead and develop a team. We welcome candidates who are looking for a first step into Ops management from an F&B manager background.
A strong leader who can demonstrate that they can work with and develop a strong team. . For this role you will need good understanding of Hotel systems, health and safety be a hands-on manager who leads from the front.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
