As a hotel night receptionist at the Celtic Hotel, you will be responsible for one of the most important aspects of the hotel's operation, and our clients contentment, security, safety, and the enjoyment of their stay.
Having a warm, courteous and friendly receptionist greeting our customers informs all other aspects of the customer experience. A successful candidate for this position will have an excellent sense of courtesy and helpfulness, diligence and trust.
As part of a small, dedicated team you will be required to carry out the full range of activities that front of house receptionists are responsible for.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with customers in an efficient, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Answer the phone in a professional manner.
- Take messages and relay them to guests.
- Know and enforce hotel's policies.
- Follow the Manager's instructions in the completion of email correspondence.
- Locate reservations, carry out client check-in processes.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- LONDON, WC1N 1DD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
