Successful employees will follow a night shift rota where our teams typically follow a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Our ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- A great smile all the time
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Similar experience within a hotel reception position
- The ability to recognise and deliver accessibility requirements (full training will be provided)
- A confident, conscientious, welcoming, warm and professional demeanour
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to high standards
The ideal person will have at least 1 years’ experience in customer service or hotels, in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
- To complete statutory fire and security checks.
- To provide room service, preparing and serving food to Company standards.
- Complete daily hand over procedures in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Ensure all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure whilst conducting safety floor checks during the night.
- Assisting the Night Manager to ensure all nightly tasks and billing is complete
