What’s in a day’s work at the Holiday Inn Express Hull
- Delivering top quality Customer service
- First point of contact for our guests
- Completing Night Audit
- Following H&S procedures
- Work effectively with the team and other departments
- Checking guests in and out, processing payments
- Serving on the bar and cash handling
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you, normal hours are 23.00 - 07.00 but may vary subject to business needs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
