Hotel Night Manager - Northampton
What you'll be doing:
As our Hotel Night Manager you will be responsible for facilitating the operational running of the hotel during the night. Managing the night's team and ensuring all policies and procedures are carried out.
You will provide leadership and support to all members of the Front and Back Office teams and enforces the Hotels Standards of Excellence in all areas supervised.
More about the role:
- Servicing all guests' requirements and ensuring the smooth check in and check out throughout the shift
- Running the night audit ready for the next days' business
- Be responsible for the safety of all guests and staff whilst on duty and also making sure each guest is staying in a peaceful residence
- With the support of the nights team, completing any conference and event set ups' ready for the next day's meetings and events
- Liaising with each department, especially the operations, food and beverage and front office teams to ensure good communication throughout the business
- Ensure all Nights team are aware of the Hotel Fire, Health & Safety procedures during the night
- Adhering to all company Brand Standards and ensuring they are in place in all areas

- 26,500 per annum
- 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

Who you are:It is important that you are comfortable working nights, and it suits your lifestyle. Whilst specific experience in this role is not required as full training will be given, some management or supervisory experience would be preferred. However, a can-do attitude and a dedicated and committed work ethic as well as a passion for front facing hospitality will be key to success in this role.
