Job description
As the Hotel Manager you will oversee daily business operations, design & execute strategy, and set goals to achieve business financials and guest satisfaction scores. You will lead and develop the leadership team across all departments to achieve exceptional performance across the key business indicators of profit, people, and revenue generation index.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in all hotel departments
- Proven experience as a hotel manager or deputy general manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to be hands on with knowledge of hotel business process & function IE finance, HR, F&B, Accommodation
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Revenue management
- Financial reporting
- Knowledge of Fokus - Hospitality Software
- Health & safety compliance
- Labour management
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Hotel commercial awareness
- Problem-solving aptitude
