We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our prestigious hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient and profitable hotel operations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front office, housekeeping and maintenance departments.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by training and supervising staff, resolving guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain guests, increase occupancy, and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and develop annual budgets in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Oversee maintenance and facility management to ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and functional.
  • Utilize revenue management techniques to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, financials, and guest satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
