Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front office, housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by training and supervising staff, resolving guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain guests, increase occupancy, and maximize revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and develop annual budgets in collaboration with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Oversee maintenance and facility management to ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and functional.
- Utilize revenue management techniques to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, financials, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of successfully leading and managing a team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
