Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 3-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and a strong leadership presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the hotel
  • Hire, train, and motivate staff
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Represent the hotel to guests, clients, and the community

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
