Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 3-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and a strong leadership presence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the hotel
- Hire, train, and motivate staff
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Represent the hotel to guests, clients, and the community
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
