We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years old. The Room Leader will be expected to plan and deliver a range of activities that promote the physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of the children in their care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum for the nursery room.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Organise and lead activities for the children in the nursery room.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
- Maintain records of the children's development and behaviour.
- Provide support to staff members in the nursery room.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,174.00-£24,028.00 per year
