Our Opportunity
As our Hotel Manager you will oversee the smooth running of all hotel departments and ensure all people, guest and commercial targets are met by showing leadership and encouraging superb team working, personal drive and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will care for, train and develop all your teams in line with our company values, reacting to change, encouraging innovation and influencing each member of the team in a way that promotes ownership and pride in the business. Acting as a role model, you will set high standards of performance, inspire staff to produce results and give them opportunities to truly achieve and excel. You will embrace and be comfortable working with the fresh ideas and the latest technology. This role would suit an existing Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager/Hotel Manager looking for support and development to move up to GM in due course.
