The Hurtwood Inn and Hotel
We are a family run Bar, Restaurant and Hotel in Peaslake in the Surrey Hills.
We are currently recruiting for Hotel Housekeeping Staff to join our Team .
The ideal candidate will offer a high standard of customer services, an individual who is passionate about exceeding our customer's needs and who can work well in a small team, be smart and well presented, with an attentive manner.
Guest Services Assistant Main Responsibilities:
- To have a good knowledge and understanding of all hotel facilities.
- To maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- To ensure all rooms and facilities of the hotel are kept clean and presentable.
- To manage all linen movements in and around the hotel.
- To assist with the serving of breakfast and guest relations.
- To assist with general cleaning duties.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner
- Great interpersonal skills with excellent standards of spoken English
- Able to work early shifts and some weekends
- Be able to cope under pressure
- To be polite, well dressed, clean and efficient at all times.

Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
You must be able to work between Monday and Sunday and shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm.
Salary dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full or Part-time
Salary: £11.00 - £12.00 per hour
Note. Staff Accommodation is NOT available.
