We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to be our next General Manager. Providing exceptional guest service and hospitality is our passion; our guests are at the heart of everything we do.
Your day to day;
- Be a sharp, confident and a true leader
- Be on-top of the day-day Operations of the hotel
- Work with and develop a high performing team to ensure they have the passion and dedication to deliver warm and friendly hospitality
- Consistently be standard and quality driven to provide operational excellence
- Have a business minded approach to drive the hotel to be the top- end Resort Hotel in the area
Who are we looking for?
You will need to be an experienced, commercially, quality, people focussed, and target driven General Manager, with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate your team from the front. You will have extensive knowledge of running premium Four-Star hotels. Business acumen and experience of budgeting, forecasting, and working to and achieving KPIs is essential. As a pro-active leader you will have a genuine passion for providing warm hospitality, be an innovative thinker and have a great eye for detail.
A key requirement of the role will be managing the Operations of the role. For this reason, experience being an Operations Manager and having Event experience, is a significant advantage.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our family business at a recently refurbished 51 bedroom spa hotel. Our vision is to be the 1st choice boutique spa hotel, whilst also focusing on weddings and other events. Our Venue has a popular spa, with 4 treatment rooms, pool, sauna, steam room, indoor Jaccuzzi and a brand new state of the art hydrotherapy pool.
We have two function rooms and are a very popular wedding venue, currently doing 60+ weddings per year. We 3 bars and an on-site restaurant, which we would like to develop and refine the offering of.

Salary: £65,000.00 per year
