Hotel Events Operations Manager
£35,000 to £40,000 plus Variable Service Charge
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Events Operations Manager to join our team. You will have worked previously within 5-star luxury properties.
Working closely with our Events, Sales and Food & Beverage Teams, you will be super-organised and an expert in bringing events to life. This is a fully operational, hands-on and guest facing role. You will work from internal Event Orders to ensure the rooms are set to standard and every detail is taken care of with efficiency and charm.
Daily you will meet our clients on arrival and be their go-to contact for all requirements for the entirety of their Event, whilst personally providing impeccable and warm service.
You will be looking after our high-profile Corporate and Leisure guests with a varied schedule of boardroom meetings, private dinners, exclusive hires, weddings and beyond...
