Job description
Our busy hotel in Leicester city centre is looking for someone to join the team as a Guest Service Assistant. This is a casual position on a zero hours contract, ideal for someone who can be flexible around shifts and loves giving great customer service. The role comes with a salary of £10.00 per hour.
We’re looking for someone who is confident meeting new people, communicates well, is a team player and can be flexible with shift availability. You'll be welcoming and assisting our guests at Reception, serving at the bar or in the restaurant, helping out in the kitchen and generally supporting our guests throughout their visit so you'll need to be great with customers and used to being on your feet.
Experience would be a bonus but isn't essential - our main priority is to find people who are friendly, outgoing and can be great representatives of our hotel.
