Job description
A Silver Circle Law Firm located in London are looking for a Paralegal to join their renowned corporate team, the role comes with great opportunities and scope for progression.
This position is a great way to expand on previous experience, whilst working alongside senior members in the firm
Rare opportunity to work directly with the team after 12 months of commitment as a Paralegal.
Responsibilities:
- Managing an extensively busy workload of Corporate Matters
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- additional ad-hoc activities when required to do so.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with varied entity types.
- Excellent academic background LLB/GDL (2:1 or above) and PC
- Both excellent written and verbal communication.
